Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
Please allow sufficient time to reach the depot by your pick up time. After hours pick ups are not available.

In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.
Complimentary transfers are only available from the airport.

Transfer Bus
Complimentary airport transfers to the depot are provided. Look out for the bright yellow bus. Transfer bus comes past the airport approximately every 30 minutes.

For International Arrivals:
Exit through door 5 and cross over the first road to the dedicated Bus Stop area by the yellow and black bus stop signs.

For Domestic Arrivals:
Exit through door 3 or 4. The bus stops directly outside the terminal between doors 3 and 4.

Please note, our transfer bus also stops at 4 local airport hotels, Grand Chancellor, Holiday Inn, Sudima and Ibis.
