Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
Please note, free transfer only applies from the airport and airport hotels/motels. You must make your own way to the depot from the city.

The branch is located 18 kilometres from the city.
A taxi fare is approximately $65 from the city.
A taxi fare is approximately $10 from the airport.
A shuttle will be available outside the terminal building
In order to reduce your waiting time when collecting your vehicle, you can check-in online any time in advance. A link will be provided in your confirmation.

Mighty Pick Up is a self-service process and requires the Customer to have completed Self Check-In online or in the branch. Details on how to check in online will be on your confirmation. If additional service is required from a Mighty staff member, a fee of NZ$50 may apply.  

Transfer Bus
Complimentary airport transfers to the depot are provided. Look out for our single level yellow bus.

For International Arrivals: Exit through door 5 and cross over the first road to the dedicated Bus Stop area by the yellow and black bus stop signs.

For Domestic Arrivals: Exit through door 3 or 4. The bus stops directly outside the terminal between doors 3 and 4.

Please note, our transfer bus also stops at 4 local airport hotels, Grand Chancellor, Holiday Inn, Sudima and Ibis.
